The 2 padded forks with rubber “over moldings” hold your firearm firmly in place, and can be fitted into your choice of the four slots located in the base of the rest. Once placed in the forks, guns are sufficiently gripped for quick and easy shooting or cleaning, and if the rest has been firmly attached to solid surface, and firearm firmly attached to the rest … the MTM Site-In-Clean can be excellent for sighting in scopes, as the Rear Adjustment Knob allows for precise horizontal positioning. Bench Forks and a small assortment of cleaning supplies or ammunition can be stored under the snap-on / snap-off top covering the rest base.
